Bossy Eggplant Parma
Want a taste of Italy but abstaining from meat and gluten? It’s not Joey Zaza’s first time offering gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Get the same secret Napoli sauce gluten-free without the meat (and cheese), with our Bossy Eggplant Parma!
Our Bossy Eggplant Parma is Joey Zaza’s take on the Italian traditional Parmigiana di Melanzane. Saucy and authentic, this eggplant parmigiana sandwich is packed with oven-roasted eggplant topped with Nonna’s secret Napoli sauce, red peppers, mozzarella, basil pesto on a bed of rocket and garnished with fresh basil and parmigiano reggiano.
Our vegan option for Bossy Eggplant Parma passes on the cheese and swaps out the bread with dairy-free, gluten-free bread. If ‘ya want yours vegan, just let us know!
Homemade Almond Biscotti
